While your guests love you, they may not cherish a mug with your wedding date on it. Skip the cheesy favors and follow these principles to pick a wedding favor your guests will love. There are so many wedding souvenir ideas out there, but if you follow these steps, your wedding favors will take the cake!
Make your wedding favors an experience!
Start by thinking about your interests and make the wedding gift for guests personal to you.
If you like cooking - a spice kit with your favorite recipe for how to use them invites your guests into a personal activity that will remind them of you! You can also get small bottles of your favorite olive oil.
Coffee from a local shop with a cause
A Sample of your favorite food is an easy win! A can of locally made honey, salsa, or roasted coffee beans, with a note about the item, allows your guests to enjoy something that will remind them of you! It also gives them a chance to try a brand or product they may not even know about.
Visit a local candy maker and ask them to work with you on a small box of chocolates for a sweet treat.
Hot Sauce Wedding Favor
If you love gardening, share your favorite vegetable seeds for their garden, or send them home with a starter herb for an herb garden. Some couples even gift wild flower seeds, just make sure they are native to where your guests might plant them so they will grow.
A luxury product like handmade soap, hand sanitizer or rose water sprays can give your guests a way to pamper themselves.

And if your heart is so inclined, you can skip the tradition all together and donate to a charity you love! You can even leave cards for your guests telling about where you have made the donation.
